Welcome to Muscle Class! 

My name is Anthony and I’ve put together this website for one simple reason – to give you everything you need to build a bad ass body, that includes workout routines, plans and programs as well as diet and nutrition plans and programs.

You can read more about me by checking out the ‘About’ page, but I know you’re here to build a better looking (and healthier) body, so I’ll let you dive right into the good stuff.

Also, I understand that we all come from different walks of life and that’s something I take into consideration when I write workout plans and programs for my readers.

I have readers that write to me from all over the world, and each of them have their own unique situation and I know that one workout routine may be perfect for one person, but not necessarily ideal for another.

Some of my readers are computer programmers that sit at a desk 8-10 hours a day, some of them are high school and college football players that want to increase their strength and endurance for the sake of being a better athlete. I even have bodybuilding and fitness competitors that want a better workout routine or diet plan so they can compete at a higher level.

My point is that everyone is in a different situation and requires a different “blueprint” to meet their goals.

While a solid workout program is great, most of your results are going to come from your nutritional choices, so be sure to check out my nutrition and diet articles as well.

You don’t want to hit the gym with an awesome workout routine and reverse all of your progress by fumbling in the kitchen, do you?

Last, but not least, I’m a huge proponent of meeting  goals as quickly as possible.

Who wants to get fit slowly?  Forget that!
