My name is Anthony, and that’s actually me in those pictures above.
But, I have to admit something.
You see that first picture, the one where I look absolutely terrible?
I had been working out hard for well over a year when I took that picture, and I had obviously made very little progress.
In all honesty, I probably look about the same in that picture as I did when I first started working out a year before.
Even worse, I was working out with a very good friend of mine who competed in natural body building competitions.
I was following his exact workout routine and diet, yet he had six pack abs and was almost ready to step on stage,
and I looked like… well… you seen the picture.
What I learned is that every body (literally) is different, and since every body is different we must train and eat differently to transform our bodies and reach our goals.
If 3 buddies are working out together, following the same workout plan, and the same diet, they will not get the same results.
Here’s what I mean:
Ectomorph: These people are usually skinny, and it is hard for them to gain weight or built muscle. They can usually eat whatever they want, but they stay “skinny fat”, meaning they are skinny, but they’ve got no muscle or tone.
Endomorph: These people are usually chubby, it’s very easy for them to gain weight, but hard for them to lose it. They’re very sensitive to carbs, and if they are not careful the weight they gain will be fat and not muscle.
Mesomorph: The lucky few that seem to be naturally athletic. They can seemingly eat whatever they want and not workout very hard, yet build muscle and burn fat faster than everybody else.
Not only are there 3 main body types, but the majority of people are a combination of two body types.
I am an endomorph with some mesomorph characteristics, meaning I could put on muscle with enough hard work (mesomorph characteristic), but it’s very difficult for me to burn fat (endomorph characteristic), especially around my midsection.
The big secret that nobody seems to get is that you need to train and eat specifically for your body type. You can’t just follow your buddy who is in good shape and expect to see the same results as him or her.
Remember my buddy I told you about, the one who competed in natural body building contests?
He is a mesomorph! No wonder his workout routine and diet weren’t doing me any good.
I wasted a year of working out, making little to no progress, but once I figured out the big secret, I made my transformation in just 12 weeks.
Once you have a custom tailored plan, that was designed for YOU and YOU only, the results will come quicker than you ever imagined.
I’m sure you realize by now that you need a plan that is designed for your body, but you probably also know that:
What if I told you I would create a custom tailored meal plan and workout plan, just for you? A custom plan that takes into consideration your body type, your current shape, what you want to look like, and then gets you there as quickly as possible.
After a lot of requests, I’ve decided to offer custom tailored workout and meal plans.
That means I’ll custom tailor a plan to you and tell you exactly what exercises to do, exactly what to eat and when to eat it.
These plans are very individual. The plan I send you is for you and you only. It’s not some cookie cutter template. I send you a list of questions, request a picture of your current shape as well as a picture of your ideal physique, and analyze your goals based on where you’re currently at.
Then I create a plan just for you.
Here’s How It Works:
With that being said, I’m sure you can understand that the process is a bit time consuming, so I can only take so many requests.
If you’re serious about getting in shape fast, make sure to contact me A.S.A.P. and I will let you know if I’ve got room to create a custom plan for you.
Firstly, I really hope you don’t consider getting the body of your dreams as an expense, because it’s definitely an investment. It’s an investment in yourself.
If you truly loved your body, how much more confident would you be?
How much happier would you be?
What would the newly found confidence and happiness do for you?
Secondly, I want you to really consider the cost of things like supplements, personal trainers, and gym memberships.
The leading protein powders cost $50-$60 per jug, and that’s only enough to last you a month or two.
One of the most popular gyms in the United States charges an average of $70/month, and thousands of members gladly pay it. That’s $70 every single month, or $840/year.
WebMD posted an article citing a survey conducted by the National Strength and Conditioning Association that revealed the average personal trainer charges $50 an hour and as high as $100 an hour.
If you’re meeting with your personal trainer just 3 times a week, it’s going to get expensive quick, even if you’re paying the low end of the hourly rate.
However, I’m going to create a custom tailored meal plan, or a custom tailored workout plan for you for only $49.95 and it’s yours forever.
No monthly payments, you don’t have to buy another jug of it in two months, and I definitely will not charge you by the hour.
And for a short time, I’m offering a $25 discount if you purchase both a custom meal and workout plan as a package.
I also offer a 100%, No Questions Asked, Money Back Guarantee
I’m willing to bust my hump creating the best custom meal and/or workout plan for you that I know will get you results quicker than anything else, and if you don’t like it, it’s absolutely free.
I’m literally taking all of the risk. In fact, you could lie and say you hate your custom plan, even if you love it, and walk away with a free custom plan.
However, I have a little more faith in humanity than that. I know you’re going to love the plan I make for you and love the results it gets you, so I’m not worried about it and you shouldn’t be either.
This is only for the people who are serious about taking their body to the next level as quickly as possible.

Ever since I made this service public, my inbox has been flooded with requests.
I want to help as many people as possible, but I simply cannot keep up with the demand.
Here’s what my inbox looks like and it’s only been a couple of weeks since I started offering this to the public.
